Warehouse Operations

Zebra in one hand, pick list in the other. Wave planning that respects the floor.

The pickers don't need a dashboard. They need a good list, in the right order, and a scanner that works.

CloudPeak's warehouse layer is built around wave and batch picking with slotting logic that knows where the box actually is. Put-away runs a volumetric fit check so you're not sending a forklift to a bin that doesn't have room. Packing does cartonization on check-out so you're not paying to ship air.

Zebra TC21 and TC27 work out of the box. Honeywell CT40 does too. Connect over WPA2-Enterprise, scan the label, confirm the quantity, move on. If the device is offline, the scans queue; when it reconnects, they sync with a conflict resolver that has never once in production caused a bad count.
