Common questions

Is there an implementation fee?: Pilot: no. Operate: $4,500 one-time remote implementation. Scale: scoped by your CSM — usually $18k–$40k depending on warehouse count.
What happens if I exceed my SKU cap on Pilot or Operate?: We warn you at 85% and 95%. We don't block counts or orders — the floor keeps running. We ask you to upgrade within 30 days of breaching cap.
Can I bring my own Zebra or Honeywell devices?: Yes. If they're running Android 10+ and your network supports WPA2-Enterprise, they work. We sell Zebra TC21s at cost if you need new units.
What's the refund policy?: Annual plans: we'll refund the unused month count pro-rata if you give 30 days' notice. Monthly plans: cancel any time. Implementation fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Do you do PoCs?: For Scale-tier customers we run a 6-week paid PoC at a fixed $12k fee that credits to first-year contract. We don't run free POCs — they waste both sides' time.
