Meridian had NetSuite, but the floor team hated it. Pickers took 4–6 clicks per line. RF scanner hand-offs were unreliable. Training a new picker took 3 weeks. Management kept NetSuite on the finance side but wanted a purpose-built warehouse layer.

CloudPeak Scale sat on top of NetSuite via the read integration, with CloudPeak writing receipts and adjustments back nightly. All five branches standardised on Zebra TC27s. Wave planning replaced manual pick-list printing. Pickers moved from 4 clicks to 1 tap.
