The problem
Harbor District runs six taprooms and a 58,000-sq-ft production facility in Tacoma. Before CloudPeak they managed raw ingredients, kegs, and finished goods in three separate spreadsheets plus a legacy beverage ERP that hadn't been updated since 2015. Month-end was a nine-day marathon; cycle counts never matched; the controller spent half his week resolving variance.

We implemented CloudPeak Operate across the production facility and all six taprooms. Zebra TC21s at every pick station; lot + expiry tracking on hops and finished product; daily cycle-count schedules; QBO integration for COGS writeback.
